An amusement water park in Al Bustan area, the first in Muscat, is among the 58 projects being implemented in the governorate.

The water park is among a slew of projects being reviewed at the ninth meeting of Muscat Municipal Council under its deputy chairman Sheikh Yahya bin Nasser al Harrasi, on Monday.

During the meeting, Sayyid Shabib bin Hareb al Busaidi, director general, Investment and Economic Development in Muscat Municipality gave a presentation on the projects being implemented.

He said that overall 58 projects are being implemented across the governorate. “Twelve projects are being implemented with the private sector including Al Amerat Grand Mall, Oman Mall, a water park in Al Bustan area along with multi-storey parking facilities in Central Business District, Ruwi.”
