Muscat – H E Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidi, the Foreign Minister, received a copy of the credentials of Yasser Mohamed Shaaban, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Sultanate of Oman, this morning at the Ministry’s general office.

His Excellency the Minister welcomed the Ambassador, wishing him success in performing his duties and hoping for further progress and growth in the bilateral relations between the two countries.

The event was attended by His Excellency Ambassador Najib bin Yahya al Balushi, Head of the Protocols Foreign Ministry, and Ambassador Sheikh Faisal bin Omar al Marhoon, Head of the Foreign Ministry’s Arab Department , and a number of officials from both sides.
