Muscat – Muscat Municipality has executed several court rulings by using forced enforcement to remove violations related to encroachments on government lands within the Wilayat of Amerat.

This action was carried out in direct coordination with the Public Prosecution and with the vital support of the Royal Oman Police. The violations involved illegal holdings of government plots in clear breach of established regulations and active laws.

These measures highlight the municipality’s firm commitment to protecting state-owned land from any form of trespassing and handling all detected offences with strict resolve.

Furthermore, Muscat Municipality has reiterated its ongoing efforts to actively monitor and follow up on all violations falling within its jurisdiction, confirming that it will continue to take all necessary legal procedures to bring them to an end.
