Muscat – The Deanship of Postgraduate Studies has announced the opening of applications for Doctoral, Master, and Postgraduate Diploma programmes for the academic year 2025/2026. The programs are open to both Omani and non-Omani students, with studies scheduled to begin in February 2026.

Application submissions are open from September 23, 2025, until October 7, 2025. Applicants are required to provide a valid language proficiency certificate as part of the admission process. All programs will be at the applicant’s own expense, and international students not residing in Oman must apply on a full-time basis.

The initiative forms part of the university’s ongoing efforts to expand opportunities for higher education and academic excellence, attracting students from Oman and abroad to pursue advanced degrees.
