Muscat – The Higher Education Admission Center (HEAC) has announced the opening of registration for grants offered by the Government of Hungary for Master’s and Doctoral programmes. Registration will be open from Wednesday, October 1st, 2025, until Thursday, October 16th, 2025, closing promptly at 2:00 PM (Muscat time) through the Postgraduate Admission System on the HEAC website (www.heac.gov.om).

The grants aim to support Omani students pursuing advanced studies abroad. Applicants are urged to carefully review eligibility criteria and regulations outlined in the Student Guide. They must also ensure that their records in the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, & Innovation electronic system are complete and updated.

Key deadlines include:

• Updating electronic records in the Ministry’s database three days before the registration closing date.
• Submitting technical support requests three days before the registration deadline during official working hours.
