Muscat – Foreign Minister H E Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi held a telephone conversation with German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul on Saturday, discussing regional issues and efforts to restore freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz and the Red Sea.

The two ministers exchanged views on supporting efforts to reduce tensions and prevent further escalation, while enhancing prospects for regional security and stability.
