Muscat – Building on Oman’s commitment to digital transformation aligned with Oman Vision 2040, the Unified Municipal System Project tender has been unveiled.

Establishing an intelligent electronic system offering 92 services in the municipal sector through innovative digital applications, this initiative aims to bolster municipal capabilities, streamline procedures, and provide a seamless, comprehensive, and sustainable experience for all beneficiaries.

In a statement issued by Muscat Municipality said, ‘The project’s goals include leveraging modern technologies, geo-enabling services, and implementing AI integration. With a roadmap towards smart cities and a central digital service management system, the initiative promises to streamline procedures and enhance governance principles.’
