Muscat – The Royal Academy of Management (RAM) has launched the Leadership and Logistics Programme in partnership with the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology to prepare 30 senior leaders from government and the private sector to guide Oman’s logistics industry.

Spanning 12 days and 3 modules, the program equips participants with strategic, commercial, and operational perspectives to improve organisational performance and support Oman Vision 2040.

His Excellency Dr Ali bin Qassim Al Lawati highlighted that the initiative puts Royal Directives into practice, turning Oman’s geographical advantage into lasting economic value. Programme supervisor Sanaa Al Busaidi noted that the curriculum covers strategic leadership, commercial acumen, supply chain excellence, and global market intelligence.
