Muscat – Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), through the National Multi Hazard Early Warning Centre, has released comprehensive weather advisories and potential warnings for Wednesday.

Moderate thunderstorms and downdraft winds are expected to affect parts of the Al Hajar Mountains and adjacent areas starting at 12:00 pm, alongside similar wind conditions in parts of the Dhofar Governorate deserts from 03:00 pm.

Additionally, dust storms are predicted in Adam, Thumrait, Meqshin, and Haima beginning at 10:00 am, while fog and active winds will impact coastal regions of the Sea of Oman and areas such as Duqm, Mahout, and Masirah.

Limited rain showers are also forecasted for areas including Rakhyout, Salalah, and Mirbat. Residents and visitors are encouraged to check live interactive maps via the official website and application.
