The company emphasized that the circulated information is inaccurate and is not based on any official decision issued by the company.

This clarification statement was issued pursuant to Article 292 of the Executive Regulation of the Securities Law No. (E/11/2026). Furthermore, the company’s management reaffirmed its full commitment to disclosure requirements in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, noting that any material information relating to the company’s business will be announced solely through officially approved communication channels.
