China – Asyad Shipping has celebrated the naming ceremony of its new oil product tanker, named “MT Manah”, at the Wuhu Shipyard in Wuhu City, Anhui Province, China.

This addition forms part of the company’s strategy to modernise its fleet, enhance operational capabilities, and meet the growing global demand for reliable oil transportation services.

Designed to international standards, the eco-friendly vessel is equipped with advanced technologies to optimise fuel consumption and elevate safety performance. Mohsin bin Abdulmajid Al Rustumi, Chairman of Asyad Shipping, stated that the milestone reinforces the company’s capability to deliver dependable maritime services globally while solidifying Oman’s status as an international logistics and shipping centre. The company remains committed to investing in modern marine technologies and expanding its global market presence.
