Seeb – Royal Oman Police (ROP) successfully executed a targeted operation resulting in the arrest of 37 individuals for violating labour and foreign residency laws. The operation led to the detention of 30 women and 7 men of various Asian and African nationalities.

Authorities have confirmed that the individuals were taken into custody following evidence of non-compliance with the Sultanate’s regulatory frameworks regarding expatriate employment and residency. The necessary legal procedures are currently being finalised against the detainees.
