AmCham Oman’s Back to Business draws over 180 executives for a night of dynamic networking

4 Oct 2026

Muscat – More than 200 senior executives, diplomats and business leaders gathered at the Sheraton Hotel Oman on Tuesday for AmCham Oman’s annual Back to Business Mega Networking Evening, marking the start of Oman’s new professional season and providing the stage for Title Sponsor O Homes to make its public debut.

The evening was attended by Jonathan Peccia, Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Muscat, as Guest of Honor, alongside representatives of the U.S. Embassy, AmCham Oman member companies and leaders from banking, logistics, hospitality, oil and gas, technology, real estate and other key sectors. Pointer Oman LLC joined the evening as Platinum Sponsor, supporting AmCham Oman’s efforts to bring together senior leaders from across the country’s business community.

Built around connection, the open networking format gave executives the opportunity to reconnect after the summer, establish new relationships and begin the conversations that will shape the final quarter of the year.

O Homes chose the evening to introduce its AI-driven real estate platform, built to open Oman’s property market to international investors. The platform allows users to browse and purchase verified freehold villas and apartments across Muscat, Salalah, Jebel Sifah, Al Mouj, Sultan Haitham City and AIDA, with transparent pricing, secure payment and an AI property advisor that matches investors with suitable opportunities through a simple conversation.

Rebecca Olson, Chief Executive Officer of AmCham Oman, said, “Back to Business is where Oman’s business community comes together again, and this year the room had exactly the energy we hoped for. We are especially proud that O Homes and Pointer Oman chose to power the event.. giving all businesses in Oman from SME’s to large corporations a chance to meaningfully connect. That is what AmCham Oman exists to do..put ambitious Omani companies in a room full of the right people at the right moment.”

Mohsin Al-Jahdhami, Chief Executive Officer of O Homes, said, “When I built O Homes, I wanted to help more people call Oman, home! Oman has all the hallmarks of a world-class investment destination—safety, stability, real returns, and exceptional quality of life. We built O Homes to bridge the gap, making property acquisition transparent, simple, and fully verified every step of the way.”

He added, “Launching in front of Oman’s business community at an AmCham Oman event means a great deal to us. These are the partners, clients and advocates who will help us take Oman to the world.”

The Sheraton Hotel Oman hosted the evening, while Muscat Creative Advertising Agency supported the on-site screens. Portal Productions served as AmCham Oman’s photography and video partner.

A raffle added to the evening’s celebrations, with prizes contributed by O Homes, Alila Jabal Akhdar, dusitD2, Europcar, Radisson Hotel Muscat Panorama and Royal Tulip Hotel.
