Muscat- ABRAJ Energy Services has launched ABRAJ Plus: The Leadership Development Programme at its headquarters in collaboration with Takatuf Oman, in the presence of the company’s senior management and representatives from Takatuf Oman.

The launch marks the start of a structured, year-long leadership development journey running from September 2026 to September 2027. The programme brings together 40 selected participants and aims to strengthen leadership capabilities, support operational excellence and contribute to the objectives of Oman Vision 2040.

ABRAJ Plus comprises two development pathways — the Executives-to-be Pathway and the Managers-to-be Pathway. Both pathways combine face-to-face learning with residential experiences, individual coaching, case studies, scenario planning, business simulations and practical workplace application.

The Executives-to-be Pathway consists of six modules supported by four individual coaching sessions. It covers leading with excellence, strategic agility, people and culture leadership, influential and executive presence, the financial and commercial landscape, and innovation and growth mindset.

The Managers-to-be Pathway comprises four modules, also supported by four individual coaching sessions. Its focus areas include emotional intelligence, business excellence, innovation and change leadership, and essential leadership competencies.

The programme is designed to connect leadership development with workplace realities, enabling participants to strengthen self-awareness, make informed decisions, build capable teams, lead change, communicate with impact and contribute to sustainable business performance.
