Muscat – Al Mouj Muscat, Oman’s leading lifestyle destination, has handed over four completed buildings at Al Mouj Business Park to their owners, marking a key milestone for the eight-building development. The remaining four buildings are expected to be handed over by early next year.

Speaking at the event last week, Salma Al Hashmi, Vice-President of Marketing at Al Mouj Muscat, said the facility was designed primarily as a business destination while incorporating features aimed at supporting employee wellbeing and productivity.

“This part attracts direct foreign investment and interest. One of the aspects of a strong business environment is location and modern design. International investors are looking for such places,” she said.

Salma said wellbeing was also considered during the planning of the development, citing research by the World Health Organization on the relationship between working environments and productivity.

“It is purely for business and built for business, but wellbeing was also kept in mind,” she said. “We considered how we could incorporate wellbeing amenities and support employee wellbeing.”

The business park includes walking and jogging paths, while additional recreational facilities, including padel courts and golf facilities, are planned. Its setting amid greenery and alongside the coast is designed to provide businesses and employees with a distinctive working environment.

“How do we make the business park unique and contribute to productivity? By making the business environment unique, healthy and of international standard,” Salma said.

Located along Al Mouj Muscat’s 6km coastline and within Al Mouj Golf, the business park combines Grade A office space with access to hospitality, retail, dining and leisure facilities within an integrated coastal community.
