Jabal Akhdar – Consumer protection inspectors have stepped up market checks in Jabal Akhdar during the Pomegranate Festival, inspecting shops and pomegranate stalls to ensure compliance with pricing rules and consumer protection regulations.

The campaign also focused on the availability of essential goods and food products amid increased demand, as well as verifying the origin of pomegranates being sold as locally grown in  Jabal  Akhdar.

The inspections aim to protect consumer rights and support a safe, transparent and well-regulated market during the festival.
