Muscat – Ministry of Education (MoE) closely monitored technical challenges faced by a number of users while logging into the student transfer service. Specialised technical teams immediately intervened to handle the issues and implemented necessary technical procedures to ensure work proceeded smoothly and easily. These actions guarantee the stability of the service and improve the overall user experience.

The service witnessed a noticeable gradual improvement, with more than 12,000 transfer operations successfully executed during the day. This reflects the continuous delivery of the service and its extensive utilisation by large numbers of users.

The ministry reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to raising the efficiency of its digital services and enhancing their reliability, aiming to provide easier and higher quality services while expressing appreciation for user cooperation.
