Muscat – Consumer Protection Authority has issued guidance for customers hiring a rental car, advising individuals to inspect both the interior and exterior of the vehicle before collection.

Consumers are strongly encouraged to document any existing damage using photographs and to review the rental agreement thoroughly.

Released as part of the initiative to rent wisely and travel safely during the Dhofar Khareef season, these measures aim to protect consumer rights and ensure transparency between clients and rental service providers.
