Muscat – Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) has issued a formal safety warning regarding the ZWILLING ENFINIGY Pro Electric Kettle with a capacity of 1.5 litres.

According to the official notice, the handle of the appliance may detach unexpectedly during use. This dangerous defect can cause hot water to spill out suddenly, creating a severe risk of burns and scalds to users or anyone standing nearby.

Authorities and manufacturers strongly advise consumers to immediately stop using this product to prevent potential injuries.
