Muscat – Civil Aviation Authority has released official meteorological data documenting the highest temperatures recorded across various stations within the Sultanate over the past 24 hours. Saham registered the highest temperature, reaching a peak of 48.6°C.
Al Kamil Wa Al Wafi and Sohar recorded high temperatures of 47.9°C and 47.7°C, respectively, while Fahud reached 47.4°C. Additional areas, including Rustaq, Dima Wa Al Tayeen, Wadi Al Maawil, Muqshin, Sur, Bidbid, and Muhkaiznah, also experienced significant heat, with readings ranging from 46.6°C to 47.3°C.
