Salalah– Port of Salalah was targeted by two drones on Saturday resulting in moderate injuries to an expatriate worker while causing minor damage to a crane within the facility.

Authorities confirmed that emergency teams responded promptly and the injured worker received medical attention. Operations at the port were not significantly affected.

The Sultanate of Oman strongly condemned the attack, describing it as a heinous act, and reaffirmed its commitment to taking all necessary measures to safeguard the nation’s security and ensure the safety of residents and vital infrastructure.
