Muscat – Oman Air has announced the cancellation of all flights to and from several key destinations scheduled for March 6, 7 and 8. The decision follows ongoing regional airspace closures stemming from heightened geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. Affected routes include services to Amman, Dubai, Bahrain, Doha, Dammam, Kuwait, Copenhagen, Baghdad, and Khasab.
While other flights across the network are currently operating as scheduled, the airline has warned that passengers should anticipate potential delays. The carrier emphasised that the safety of guests and crew remains its highest priority and confirmed it is monitoring the situation in close coordination with relevant authorities. To assist impacted travellers, Oman Air has introduced flexible booking policies, allowing for free date changes or full refunds for those with original travel dates on or before March 8.
