Muscat –  H H Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, presided over the Royal Air Force of Oman’s (RAFO) Annual Day celebration and the graduation ceremony for the Basic Officer Candidate Course, the Officer Candidate Course for Limited Service, and University Graduates.

During the event, His Highness presented the Sword of Honour to Officer Candidate al Waleed bin Khalid al Maamari, who secured first place at the general level of the Basic Officer Candidate Course. He also honoured Officer Candidate Yaqoub bin Khalfan al Riyami, who achieved first place in the Officer Candidate Course for Limited Service and University Students.
