Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received a written message from President Rumen Radev of Bulgaria concerning bilateral relations between the two countries. The message was delivered to H E Sayyid Badr al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, by H E Georgi Georgiev, Bulgaria’s Foreign Minister, during a meeting in Muscat.

The discussions focused on enhancing cooperation in various fields of mutual interest. The Bulgarian Minister expressed appreciation for Oman’s humanitarian and diplomatic role, particularly its efforts in securing the release of the Galaxy Leader crew, which included Bulgarian nationals. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to peaceful solutions in regional and international matters, shared dialogue and diplomacy as key tools for fostering stability and understanding.

The meeting was attended by officials from both countries.
