InnoXera Oman: Pioneering education and technology in Muscat

Muscat – Today, Muscat hosted InnoXera Oman 2025, the largest EdTech summit in the region, under the theme ‘Beyond Technology… Discover Unlimited Learning’. The event highlighted transformative advancements in education and technology, aligning with Oman Vision 2040.

Inaugurated by H E Dr Abdullah bin Khamis Ambusaidi, Undersecretary for Education in the Ministry Education, the summit introduced significant initiatives. Among them was the Noor Project, an AI-powered e-learning platform developed with Classera to serve over 700,000 students and teachers. Additionally, the Tamkeen Platform, launched in collaboration with Omantel, Classera, and Almentor, aims to bridge the digital divide and enhance access to Arabic-language educational resources.

The summit showcased Oman’s e-learning platform and Intel’s Creative Skills Initiative. It also celebrated the winners of the ‘Innovative Teacher 2024’ competition, recognising educators who use technology to revolutionize learning experiences.

Dr Sultan bin Mohammed al Kindi emphasized the importance of such platforms in fostering collaboration and enhancing digital skills to shape a brighter future for Oman’s youth. Eng Mohammed al Madani, CEO of Classera, lauded the partnership with Oman’s Ministry of Education as a global model for smart education.

InnoXera Oman 2025 reaffirmed Oman’s commitment to creating a sustainable, knowledge-based society by leveraging innovative technologies and global partnerships.
