Muscat – The Royal Oman Police (ROP) arrested 20 expats and seized large quantities of alcoholic beverages in Musandam governorate.

In a statement issued by ROP said, ‘Coast Guard Police in Musandam, seized 9 boats in various locations. Their crews, consisting of 20 individuals of Asian nationality, were attempting to smuggle large quantities of alcoholic beverages.’

‘Legal procedures have been completed against them,’ it stated.
