Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued two Royal Decrees on Wednesday reading as follows:

Royal Decree No 32/2023 ratifies the air services agreement between the governments of the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Tajikistan signed in Muscat on March 15, 2023.

• Article 1 ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
• Article 2 states that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its data of issue.

Royal Decree No 33/2023 endorses the Sultanate of Oman joining the protocol that supplements the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft signed in Beijing on September 10, 2010.

• Article 1 endorses the Sultanate of Oman joining the protocol that supplements the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
• Article 2 instructs the departments concerned to deposit the official document for joining the aforementioned protocol in accordance with its provisions.
• Article 3 states that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
