Muscat – Under the patronage of H E Laila bint Ahmed bin Awadh al Najar, Minister of Social Development, Dar al Atta handed over a house to a beneficiary family, marking the completion of house No 100 since Dar al Atta started building houses and providing shelter to families in 2003.

Dar al Atta carries on building houses for many families in order to secure a decent life for them. In addition, the association carries out house maintenance work and has maintained about 956 houses for beneficiaries.

H E Laila praised the association’s achievement of handing over the 100th house and its continuous efforts in community service and contributions to improve the lives of many individuals.

Dar al Atta’s chairperson Maryam al Zadjali said, “The My Home is My Security Programme works on building houses and house maintenance, believing that a home provides security, stability and shelter to underprivileged families.”
