MuscatThe Secretariat General of National Celebrations has announced that a grand fireworks display will light up the skies over Muscat on Sunday, January 11 to mark the anniversary of the accession of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to the throne.

The display will take place at Al Khoudh Dam in Seeb and is scheduled to begin at 8pm, and in Bausher near Muscat Monument at 8:30pm, offering residents and visitors a festive highlight to the national occasion.

The fireworks displays held to mark national celebrations are among the most eagerly anticipated events of the year, traditionally attracting large crowds of families and visitors to designated locations across the sultanate.
