Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued three Royal Decrees on Wednesday. 

Royal Decree No 97/2025 ratifies an agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on mutual waiver of visas for holders of diplomatic, special and service passports, signed in Muscat on October 26, 2025 reading as follows:

Article 1 ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article 2 states that this Royal Decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.

Royal Decree No 98/2025 ratifies an agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Belarus on mutual waiver of visas, signed in Minsk on October 6, 2025 reading as follows:

Article 1 ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article 2 states that this Royal Decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.

Royal Decree No 99/2025 ratifies an agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Belarus on international road transport of goods, signed in Minsk on October 6, 2025 reading as follows:

Article 1 ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article 2 states that this Royal Decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
