Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has released instructions for placing celebratory stickers on vehicles for Omani National Day, valid from November 5 to 30, 2025.

Drivers are strictly prohibited from altering the vehicle’s colour or shape. All decals must comply with traffic safety requirements, and the depiction of the crown and Khanjar emblem is explicitly banned.

Stickers must be limited to appropriate images or expressions and must be firmly affixed. Crucially, stickers are forbidden on the front and side windows; only images on the rear window are permitted, provided the driver’s view remains unobstructed. The ROP also prohibits attaching fabrics to the vehicle’s bonnet.
