Kuwait,  Continuing its legacy of excellence, Areej Vegetable Oils & Derivatives (AVOD) has won the Gulf Industrial Excellence Award in the ‘Large Manufacturing Facilities category’ during the Third Gulf Industrial Exhibition, organized by the GCC Secreterial General and Public Authority for Industry in Kuwait, in the presence of the Ministers of Commerce and Industry from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

The award was received on behalf of the company by Eng. Salem bin Nasser Al Bortmany, Chief Executive Officer of Areej Vegetable Oils and Derivatives.

The exhibition’s opening coincided with the launch of the “Gulf Industrial Platform”, GIP the first comprehensive electronic platform linking GCC countries through industrial and economic data. The platform is powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Electronic Integration with national data sources, ensuring real-time and accurate information and updates at a click-a major step towards enhancing Gulf industrial integration and cooperation.

Through its participation in the exhibition, Areej Vegetable Oils and Derivatives (AVOD) showcased its stellar line-up of high-quality Trans Fat Free cooking oils, non-hydrogenated ghee, margarine, specialty fats, mayonnaise, and butter products. The company’s products received strong acclaim from ministers, traders, distributors, and consumers from across the region and around the world for their exceptional quality and distinctive taste.
