Muscat – Major General Mattar bin Salim al-Balushi, Commander of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF), today welcomed a high-ranking delegation from the Royal Saudi Land Forces at Al Murtafaa Camp.

The delegation was headed by Major General Ali bin Hamad al-Juhani, Head of the Strategic Planning Authority assigned to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The visit reflects the deep military cooperation and long-standing fraternal ties between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views and discussed several military topics of mutual interest, particularly in the fields of strategic planning, defense collaboration, and regional security.

The visit underscores the ongoing efforts to strengthen military coordination and strategic understanding between the armed forces of the two brotherly countries.
