Muscat – The Muscat Municipality, in cooperation with the Royal Oman Police (ROP), has announced both a partial and a full closure of Al Khuwair service road, located adjacent to Sultan Qaboos street in Bausher.

The road closure is being implemented as part of the ongoing ‘Al Khuwair Path Improvement Project’ aimed at enhancing road infrastructure and traffic flow in the area.

 Partial closure will take place from the morning of Monday, July 14, 2025, until the morning of Tuesday, July 15, 2025.

Full closure will begin on the morning of Wednesday, July 16, 2025, and remain in effect until the morning of Tuesday, July 22, 2025.

Authorities have urged all road users to exercise caution, adhere to on-site traffic signs and detours, and cooperate with traffic personnel to ensure safety and smooth movement during the closure period.

The Muscat Municipality appreciates the public’s understanding and cooperation as improvement works continue to progress.
