Muscat – The Oman Center for Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation, in collaboration with experts from the Spanish Foundation for Organ Donation and Transplantation, discussed methods to develop brain-dead organ donation services in the Sultanate while boosting performance efficiency and healthcare quality.

The visit aimed to exchange international expertise, review established procedures, and create key performance indicators to measure service quality. Furthermore, specialists discussed challenges and development opportunities to unify practices and enhance the overall organ donation and transplantation system.
