Muscat – The Urban, Home and Building Expo and Conference continued its momentum on its second day at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre, drawing more than 21,000 visitors during its first two days as part of Urban October.
Bringing together local and international experts in real estate development, urban planning, design, mobility, and sustainability, the event focused on how ambitious urban visions can be translated into real projects that enhance quality of life.
Discussions covered emerging and fast-growing cities, featuring insights from global urban centers such as Seoul, Medellín, and Rotterdam, alongside sessions exploring land value capture for transit and innovative mobility financing models.

Design and public spaces also took centre stage, emphasizing people-centred environments and sustainable urban regeneration. The upcoming program will feature the Investment and Local Content Forum, new project opportunities across Sultan Haitham City and Salalah Future City, and key agreement signings.
