Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received President Duma Gideon Boko, the President of the Republic of Botswana, at Al Barakah Palace today. The meeting took place on the occasion of the President’s working visit to Sultanate, highlighting the strong and friendly relations between the two nations. During the reception, both leaders engaged in a productive dialogue aimed at furthering diplomatic and economic connections.

Following the reception, an official session of talks was held under the chairmanship of His Majesty the Sultan and President Duma Boko. The discussions focused on reviewing various aspects of cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Botswana across several key sectors. Both parties explored ways to achieve common interests and promote prosperity for their respective people through shared investment and strategic partnerships.
