Muscat – The Foreign Ministry announced that a group of Omani citizens arriving from the Islamic Republic of Iran has reached the Sultanate, as part of ongoing efforts to ensure the safety of citizens abroad.

The ministry said the return of the citizens was coordinated with the Sultanate of Oman’s missions in Tehran and Ankara, where the necessary arrangements were made to facilitate their safe and smooth return to the country.

It affirmed that the ministry continues to monitor the situation of Omani citizens abroad around the clock, in coordination with diplomatic missions in various countries, to ensure their safety and provide the necessary support whenever required.

The Foreign Ministry also stressed its continued commitment to taking all necessary measures to safeguard Omani citizens overseas and facilitate their return home whenever needed.
