Dhofar – Environment Authority (EA) in Dhofar, in cooperation with the Royal Oman Police, apprehended three citizens in possession of wildlife meat, including birds and wild rabbits, after bringing it into Oman without the required environmental permits.

This act constitutes a clear violation of Wildlife Trade Regulation Law No. (2024/45), and necessary legal procedures have been enacted. The Environment Authority has strongly urged everyone to comply fully with applicable environmental laws and regulations to avoid facing legal liability.
