Muscat – Muscat Municipality, in cooperation with the Royal Oman Police, has announced a partial closure of Al Hamriya Street in the direction of Ruwi to facilitate essential road maintenance.

The work is scheduled to begin at midnight on Thursday, July 16, and will continue until 4:00 AM on Sunday, July 19, 2026. The project focuses on repairing damaged sections of the asphalt layer to improve road quality.

Motorists are advised to follow the indicated traffic diversions and signage in the area while the maintenance operations are underway throughout the weekend.
