Muscat – The Ministry of Labour (MoL) has announced 600 job vacancies across private sector institutions in the Governorate of Muscat, as part of its wider push to reduce unemployment and connect jobseekers with the labour market.
The vacancies span multiple economic sectors and professional fields, offering candidates the chance to compete based on academic qualifications and experience.
Positions are available to holders of bachelor’s degrees, diplomas and post-diplomas, general diplomas, and qualifications below general diploma level – a range the ministry said that reflects its commitment to serving jobseekers across all educational backgrounds.
The announcement was coordinated with private sector institutions as part of ongoing programmes to strengthen public-private employment partnership, raise Omanisation rates across economic activities, and meet demand for qualified national talent.
The ministry said the initiative supports its broader goal of creating sustainable employment for citizens while aligning education and training outputs with actual labour market demand.
