Muscat – The Ministry of External Affairs of India has officially announced the appointment of Prashant Pise as the next Ambassador of India to the Sultanate of Oman. A career diplomat from the 1995 batch of the Indian Foreign Service, Shri Pise currently serves as Additional Secretary within the Ministry.

His appointment marks a significant step in the ongoing diplomatic relations between India and Oman. Pise is expected to assume his new responsibilities in the Sultanate shortly.
