Muscat – Assigned by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, HH Sayyid Bilarab bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of State and Governor of Muscat, will patronise on Thursday a ceremony to launch the Structural Plan for Greater Muscat at the Experience Center Building in Sultan Haitham City in the Wilayat of Seeb in Muscat.
