Muscat – Oman Air issued an explanatory statement confirming it is facing operational challenges linked to persistent global supply chain disruptions.

The airline stated that these challenges have necessitated the temporary grounding of a limited number of its aircraft. Consequently, schedule adjustments have been implemented for certain flights.

Oman Air affirmed that it is working closely and directly with aircraft manufacturers to expedite the return of the affected fleet to service. Furthermore, the company is implementing all necessary measures to minimise the impact on passengers, including the reorganisation of guest bookings in line with its established operating policies.

The carrier expressed its sincere regret for any inconvenience caused to its guests, while reaffirming its full commitment to the safety and comfort of both passengers and crew, which remains its principal priority.
