Muscat – The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT) has launched a promotional campaign for the Unified Government Services Portal under the slogan ‘We’ve made it easy for you’, highlighting its role as a single window for all digital government services in the sultanate.

The drive aims to unify communication across government agencies and strengthen awareness about the platform, designed to simplify procedures for citizens and residents by integrating services into one secure and efficient digital gateway.

Thuraya bint Mohammed al Harthi, Director of the Unified Government Services Portal Department at MTCIT, said the campaign seeks to familiarise users with the portal’s features, encourage community engagement and expand the number of registered users. It also supports the alignment of communication strategies across various entities under a unified national identity for digital services.

“The portal offers a comprehensive overview of government services and makes access to essential transactions easier and faster,” she noted. “It also provides the latest official news, data and updates, while ensuring the highest standards of cybersecurity and personal data protection.”

Thuraya added that users are viewed as active partners in the digital transformation journey, with their feedback helping drive continuous improvement in service quality.

She added that the initiative comes in line with the Royal Directives to make all government services available through one national platform, and supports the objectives of Oman Vision 2040 to build an efficient, innovative and fully integrated digital government ecosystem that enhances competitiveness and improves quality of life.
