Muscat – The Drug and Psychotropic Substances Control Department of the Muscat governorate police command has arrested six individuals in a major anti-narcotics operation in the wilayat of Seeb.

The suspects were found in possession of large quantities of narcotics and thousands of psychotropic tablets, which authorities believe were intended for trafficking and personal use.

The Royal Oman Police confirmed that legal procedures are currently underway. This operation comes as part of ongoing national efforts to combat drug-related crimes and protect communities from the harmful impact of narcotics.

The ROP continues to urge the public to report any suspicious activities that may be linked to drug trafficking or abuse.
