Muscat – HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, pinned the flying wings to graduates of the Royal Air Force of Oman’s (RAFO) aviation course. The graduates successfully completed all training stages and various flying skills. HH Sayyid Shihab also presented the His Majesty the Sultan’s Cup for Aviation to Flying Officer Salim Ibrahim al Hamrashdi for achieving first place overall in the aviation course.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Mohammed Nasser al Zaabi, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Defence, Air Vice Marshal Khamis Hammad al Ghafri, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman, and a number of other senior officers from RAFO.
