Muscat – Central Bank of Oman has issued a commemorative silver coin to mark Oman Vision 2040, reflecting the sultanate’s aspirations for sustainable development and economic growth. The observe displays the Vision 2040 logo and the elements that inspired its visual identity, while the reverse side has  ‘Oman’, its national emblem, ‘Central Bank of Oman’, year of issue, and denomination in Arabic and English inscribed. Legal tender at face value, the coin has been available since Monday at CBO branches in Ruwi, Salalah and Suhar, and through the Oman Post sales window at Opera Galleria.
