Rustaq– In a swift and lifesaving intervention, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) aviation unit carried out an urgent medical evacuation for a citizen in critical condition. The patient was airlifted from the Balad Seet Health Center, located in the Wilayat of Rustaq, to the Al Rustaq Reference Hospital.

The emergency response was coordinated to ensure the patient received advanced medical care without delay. The ROP’s rapid deployment reflects its continued commitment to supporting public health services and safeguarding lives across Oman’s remote and mountainous areas.

Authorities confirmed that the operation was executed efficiently and the patient was successfully transferred to the hospital to receive the necessary medical attention.

Such aerial operations are part of the ROP’s broader mandate to assist in medical emergencies, particularly in areas where road access may be limited or time-sensitive care is required.
