Muscat – A high-level meeting on the sidelines of the Tehran Dialogue Forum brought together senior diplomats from Oman, Iran, and Qatar to discuss ongoing US-Iran talks.

H E Sayyid Badr al Busaidi, Oman’s Foreign Minister, met with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al Thani in the Iranian capital on Wednesday, according to the Oman’s Foreign Ministry.

The closed-door session focused on the latest developments in US-Iran talks, with both the Omani and Iranian officials welcoming Qatar’s involvement in efforts to bridge differences and achieve a potential agreement.

The discussions aimed to support dialogue, narrow gaps in viewpoints, and promote understandings that could contribute to regional stability and international security.
